Job Details
We are working alongside a well known civil engineering subcontractor that works in the ground works sector for a number of residential, industrial and commercial developers. They're looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee a number of live jobs.
You will have come from a groundworks background and have a good understanding of roads and sewers including deep drainage. You should have worked as a Project or Contracts Manager in the sector previously and hold both SMSTS and CSCS tickets as a minimum. Ideally you will be based close to Leeds as this is where the regional office and all works are within an hour of the city.
This is a job that requires the Contracts Manager to take an active role in managing their sites. You will ultimately be responsible for all matters pertaining to your schemes including programme, budget, safety, and ensuring the sites are properly staffed.
