Ground Maintenance Technician
Field Based covering Greater London, Essex and Hertfordshire
Up to £25,000 + Overtime + Holidays + Pension + Van + Bonus + Medical

Are you looking for an opportunity to get into the renewable energy sector?
On offer is a great opportunity to join one of the global leaders in the Solar Industry. This company are setting industry standards for Solar PV Installations in the UK and across the world. Following several years of successful installations, they are looking for a new Ground Maintenance Technician to tend to some of their sites.
In this role you will be responsible for the ground maintenance for a number of assigned sites, these will primarily be ground-mounted solar farms but could also be roof-top and floating installations. Your day to day tasks will involve grass cutting, solar panel cleaning and fence repairs, you will also need to produce photographic reports to confirm all work has been completed whilst prioritising sites based on requirements and weather conditions.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience in ground maintenance or land management and be capable of transporting/manoeuvring large machinery. You will need a full UK driving license, a trailer and tractor license and also be physically capable of deadlifting heavy items and machinery when required.

*Ground Maintenance Technician
*General ground maintenance responsibilities include grass cutting, hedge trimming and fence repair
*Field based position covering Greater London, Essex and Hertfordshire
* Flexible working hours (7.5 hours a day) start times can be chosen by candidate
*Up to £25,000 + Overtime + Holidays + Pension + Van + Bonus + Medical
The Person:
*Land management/Ground Maintenance experience is required
*Must be capable of towing and manoeuvring large machinery
*Driving Licence, Trailer License and Tractor license are required
*Must be happy with a field based position and willing to stay away 2-3 nights a week at peak times
