Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Corby
Salary: £11.40 per hour
Hours: Part time (20 hours per week) - outlined below
We are working with a local client to find staff for their Customer Contact area.
The role will involve direct contact with students, and you will provide direct administrative support to them along with the management teams.
Other duties will include, but not be limited to:
· reception duties
· managing and re-directing phone enquiries
· monitoring displays and stock of publicity materials
· providing a front-line service to students
· delivering a high level of customer service with all interactions
