I am looking for an experienced Finance Manager who will control aspects of the Finance function ensuring accurate and timely reporting to internal Stakeholders. You will be providing accurate information and administrative support to the operations team and wider business.

My client is one of the market leaders in distribution and logistics, they operate globally in many sectors. This role will be based out of their office in Tamworth.
Description
Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager will be preparation of weekly accounts and KPI's, completion of month end accounts, balance sheets, preparing budgets, forecasts and targets to identify trends and variances to budgets / forecasts. You will also be charged with management of site Finance functions and development of wider finance team, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practice, providing appropriate analysis and recommendations to influence key decisions.
Profile
The successful Finance Manager candidate will have previous experience in a similar level role with experience of the above requirements, people management experience and excellent communication skills, relevant financial qualifications (AAT / CIMA etc) or training towards them and the ability to influence key decision makers at all levels.
Job Offer
On offer to the successful candidate is a salary of £35,000, a 15 month contract with a global distribution business at their site in Tamworth, hybrid working is available and there will be parking on site
