Job Details

Job Title: Customer Services Advisor

Location: Blisworth, Northampton

Salary:£21,500 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday

Purpose:

To join our well-established client in Blisworth as an experienced customer service advisor.

Roles and Responsibilities - including but not limited to:

Building new customer relationships 
Maintain existing customer relationships 
General admin duties 
Dealing with customer queries

Skills & Experience

2 years experience within a customer service role
Computer literate (spreadsheets, data inputting, emails)
Excellent communications skills and confident on the telephone
Ability to work under pressure
Good attention to detail

Immediate start available for the right candidate
