KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist with full month end process and production of monthly management accounts
* Responsible for balance sheet and debtor control account reconciliation
* Prepayment, accrual and fixed asset schedule management and journal posting
* Oversee the day-to-day finance operation including dealing with ad hoc queries, reconciliation's and report requests
* Assist with the production of budgets and forecasts
* Ensure compliance with legislation and that adequate operating systems are implemented and followed across all group companies
* Assist with annual audit, ensuring a collaborative relationship is built with the auditors
* Complete monthly payroll process including commission calculations
* Prepare and reconcile VAT returns
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Full or Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
* Advanced excel skills to include VLookups and Pivot Tables
* Attendance at our office in Arundel required therefore driving license is essential
* Contractor payroll experience desired but not essential
* Experience of Sage Line 50 & XERO desired but not essential
