Office Angels are looking for a temporary Alumni and Partnerships Executive to join a successful and fast-operating client based in the London Bridge area.

London Bridge | Temporary until July | Full-Time | £28k p/a | Office Based | Must be available to start immediately

Responsibilities:

Supporting Head of Events and Partnerships in a busy global marketing team
Managing alumni and graduation inboxes
Managing Alumni FB and LinkedIn messages/requests
Posting on Alumni social accounts
Managing requests from Alumni newsletter
Coordinating communications and logistics for Awards and Graduation event
General marketing and events supportRequirements for the role:

Must be immediately available to start a new role
Excellent Microsoft office skills, Excel is essential
Confident communicator both written and verbal
Organised and confident
