JOB TITLE: Service Administrator
LOCATION: Northampton (Moulton Park)
SALARY: £21,000 - £22,000
TERM: Permanent
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ( 3 days working from home)
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
Provide administration Support to ONE Service team including, Diary management, Spare Parts logistics and Paperwork
Process orders
Contact customers via telephone, email and Web Meetings regarding Quotations, Customer Purchase orders, Services, Calibration & Repairs to instruments to include scheduling ofengineer's appointments
Respond to customer queries via phone and/or email
Process orders from customers for spare parts, contracts and ad-hoc callouts
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
Knowledge of flights/accommodation booking.
Proven experience in a similar administrative/bookings role.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
