JOB TITLE: Administrator (Export Administrator)
LOCATION: Exeter
SALARY: £22,000-£23,000
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30
BENEFITS: 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, free car parking, Contributory Pension, Fantastic work environment
THE COMPANY: This is a great opportunity to join a small independent family run business who were established over 150 years ago, now being run by the 4th generation. They work within the textile industry providing the product to prestigious customers worldwide.
THE ROLE: You will work alongside a team in the export department. Responsible for dealing with all of the orders from their international clients.
KEY DUTIES:
· Taking customer orders via email and phone
· Inputting the orders onto the system
· Internal liaison with warehouse over stock availability
· Sales ledger
· Dealing with stock issues
· Database Maintenance
· Invoicing
· Order creation
· General administration
THE CANDIDATE:
Good administration skills and some office experience
High level of customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong team player
Enjoys to work within a small, dedicated teamThis is a rare opportunity to join an established team where vacancies are rarely available. No experience within this industry necessary just an experienced administrator who wants to join a supportive, fun team!
