Job Details
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Main duties would involve placing and answering calls (no sales or cold calling) and capturing all the relevant information efficiently and accurately, whilst providing an excellent customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves speaking to people and got customer service experience from various backgrounds.
The Role:
Permanent Role to start 17.01.2022 or later
Hybrid Working - 50% at home and 50% in Liverpool City Centre - IT equipment provided
Phone based role taking calls - must enjoy speaking to people on the phone
Dealing with basic Customer enquiries, validating and recording information
Working hours are 5 days in 7 on a rota given 4 weeks in advance
Full-time (37 hours) and part-time (15-25 hours) roles available
Early, middle and late shifts
Operating hours: Mon-Sat 9am-8pm; Sundays 9am- 6pm
Weekends - able to work 1 weekend in 3
Excellent training and development
Experience, Skills, and Attributes
Excellent Communications & Customer Service Skills with people at all levels
Ideally previous experience within a telephone-based environment
Professional approach at all times
Great written, oral, and interpersonal skills
Enjoy a fast-paced environment
Ability to work on own initiative
Attention to detail - crucial
