Manufacturing Support Administration
Andover, Salary from £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
Hours Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 1pm ( Start time could be 8:30am )
To provide a full range of administrative support, this role would suit candidates with an understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes and experience of working in a similar fast paced role.
Principal duties and responsibilities
To create sales orders, dispatch notes and invoices using the SAGE system
Work closely with the Production Supervisor and ensure that all master drawings are kept up to date
To work methodically and keep all administration records organised and up to date
To carry out the procurement of parts and control the budget for this
Carry out administration to support HR functions
Ensuring invoices have been paid in a timely manner
Key Skills Required:
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and confident in liaising with the production team and external customers and suppliers.
Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment would be beneficial
