Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join our client on a temporary basis at their premises in Grangemouth.
You will be focused on consistently creating a 5-star customer experience and will provide approachable and assured customer service.
This role will ideally suit someone who has previously worked in a fast-paced front facing role in either a corporate/luxury hotel or showroom environment.
Due to the nature of this role WEEKEND WORKING may be required, however there may also be mid-week shifts available too.
Monday - Saturday - 8am - 5pm
Sunday - 11am - 5pm
A typical day:-
· Switchboard management - answering calls as the first point of contact
· Booking in customer
· Dealing with customer enquiries
· Ensuring the both the diary and customer database are kept up to date
· Liaising with the workshop staff/suppliers and updating customers when necessary
We would love to speak to candidates who have:
· Impeccable telephone skills
· Previous front of house experience
· Are smart and well presented
· Experience of calendar management and bookings.
· Excellent computer literacy skills including Ms office.
· Ability to use own initiative, take ownership and work with limited supervision.
· Great communication and organisational skills
· Confidence to work in a corporate environment
· Understand the importance of confidentiality
