Description
This administrator role will include but not be limited to the following duties:
Play a key role in delivering exceptional client service to our colleagues and clients
Be exposed to all areas of the business and learn about the services provided by an accountancy firm
Have access to a mentor and buddy to kick-start your career
Update and maintain the firm's CRM, client on-boarding and finance systems
Raise invoices
Prepare standard client documents including Letters of Engagement
Handle basic business travel requests ensuring all bookings are made within the firm's policy
Process Title Deed requests
Printing, scanning and organising couriers
Ad hoc secretarial and administration requests Profile
The successful Administrator will require the following:
Previous administration experience
Ability to plan and prioritise in order to meet deadlines
Great communication skills
Team player
Good Attention to detail
Great problem solver
Proficient in MS Office suite of programs
GCSE English at grade C or aboveJob Offer
This Administrator role will offer the following:
£18,000 - £19,000 - Dependant on experience
25 days holiday
