Page Personnel HR are working with one of the UK's largest insurance companies to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist on an initial 12 month contract. The role will support with resourcing for a variety of roles and take full ownership of the candidate experience and journey. This is the ideal role for someone with agency or RPO experience who now wants to concentrate on the candidate engagement side. The role is based in Manchester.

They have experienced amazing growth over the past year and are looking to expand their Talent Acquisition team further to facilitate their plans. They are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support with resourcing and take full ownership of the candidate journey. The role is based in Manchester and offers hybrid working.
Description
The key responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist are supporting the recruitment delivery across multiple brands, creating adverts and uploading to ATS, creating and maintaining Talent Pools across multiple teams, supporting with interviewing and candidate assessments, delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager experience, attending industry events such as job fairs and career days, sourcing and attracting candidates, adhering to document processes, driving the employee referral programs, uploading positions and requisitions. The role is based in Manchester and offers hybrid working.
Profile
The successful candidate will have/be:
previous recruitment experience either in-house, agency or via an RPO model
experience recruiting across multiple brands
knowledge of recruitment processes
computer literacy with advanced Excel skills
strong communication skills
ability to build relationships with people at all levels
strong influencing skills with stakeholders
background in professional or financial services would be beneficial Job Offer
