Due to continued growth and expansion, Provida UK are currently recruiting for a Administration Assistant to join our team based in Reading.

Provida supplies care homes with consumables and care equipment. We believe in enabling better care and creating improved environments for those that need it. This role focuses on the admin side of the business and if the person is successful in the role it will likely lead to a permanent position.

Duties of the Administration Assistant role would include:

  • Take incoming calls from customers, addressing their technical enquiries/orders etc.
  • Technical support/sales tasks.
  • Managing paperwork including invoicing.
  • Researching and sourcing parts.
  • Organise daily/weekly diaries for scheduled work/deliveries.
  • Sorting and managing customer requests.
  • Preparing quotes including follow ups and updating CRM.
  • Maintenance and uploading products to the website.
  • Anything else as required by your manager.
