Pure Staff are recruiting for Multiple roles of Assembly Operative for our client based on the outskirts of Evesham.
Our client specialises in the manufacturing and production of automotive vehicles, the company is a family run business that started in 1961 they now produce some of the highest specification of vehicles within their industry and are an employer of choice in the local area.
The reason our customer is requiring additional Production Operative roles is due to an exciting new project that is currently under way and you would be joining a new and exciting team solely responsible for getting this project off the ground.
An Assembly Operative will need to:
The ability to use hand tools
Problem solving ability
Have Attention to detail
Willing to train and develop your skills within the company
Be able to work alone as will as part of a team.
Ability to take instruction and meet deadlinesDue to the early stages of this project, there is room to develop a career further down the line as you will be a vital part in the growth of this new project with plans to expand the site at some point in the future.
All Assembly Operative roles will be required to work-
0730 until 1700 Monday to Thursday and Fridays will be (Apply online only) which is a 43 hour paid working week.
Pay for an Assembly Operative will start between £10-11 per hour depending on experience which will be reviewed depending on new skills and knowledge gained during your training. As well as your basic pay you have the potential to earn an attendance bonus of £100 per month for full a record of 100% attendance.
There's free parking on site and they'll provide you with the training and equipment you need to do your role effectively.
