Customer Service Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Assistant, your duties will include:

* Excellent customer service and positive attitude

* Ensuring shop is clean and welcoming

* Passing on relevant info to supervisors and managers

* Greeting customers and be welcoming and helpful

* Replenishing customer refreshment stock levels

* Ability to deal with customer enquiries and complaints efficiently

* Ensure cash changing facilities always available

* Be responsible for the Gambling Act compliance

* Adhere to licensing conditions and codes of practice

* Assist in visual merchandising and promotional events

* Accurately complete all daily documents, floats, personal cash and keys

* Log all machine faults in service diary

* Adhere to the Gambling Act 2005 guidelines and laws

* Provide emergency/relief for other Customer Assistants as required.

All Training Provided.

Shifts and Salary:

Working on different shift rotations stores are open 24/7

Full time permanent position

£9.00 per hour
