What you will be doing:
Working in a Team in a residential specialist service providing support for adults aged 18-35 with Autism and Learning disabilities. This is a mixture of supported living services and residential services. 
 
Contract - Temporary, Full- and Part-Time hours
Salary: £10.25 – 12.50ph
Location: Torquay
Weekly pay with holiday pay on top.

Your role: You’ll play a vital part in providing support that improves the ability to manage daily tasks and enable people to experience independent living and decision making.  

Support people in achieving their goals and ambitions
Make a positive contribution to the lives of others
Planning and engaging in activities such as meals out, horse riding, cinema visits, supporting individuals with their volunteer work, visiting theme parks, arts and crafts, garden activities, gym, college, swimming and supporting holidays 
Prompting personal care  
Supporting complex physical and verbal behaviours that can be challenging, specialist training will be provided along with relevant debrief and support given
