Financial Controller - Wellingborough - Northamptonshire
£40,000 - £50,000

Role & Responsibilities:
* Ensuring that monthly management accounts are accurate and reviewed
* Establish areas for operational improvement with operations and support operational team in delivering improvements in the business
* Full financial reconciliation made available, analyse slow moving stock and recommend necessary actions to ensure that provisions minimised
* Working with the Managing Director to monitor and measure material yeild
* Managing and filing relevant documentation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, production or process environments
* Qualified accountant or passed finalist
* At least 5 years accounting experience
* Working knowledge of accounting disciplines such as, financial accounting, compliance reporting and budget preparation as well as systems development and improvement
Package and Benefits:
