We are looking for a Training Consultant- Cornerstone for a global organisation on a 12 month FTC.
Client Details
Our client is a brilliant not for profit organisation, providing an excellent service to the community. They have over 2,000 employees spread across the world and have recently implemented all 7 modules of Cornerstone as their HRIS. This is a contract role, to support the ongoing roll out.
Description
The Training Consultant- Cornerstone will have the following responsibilities:
Developing training and communication material for Super Users, the HR community as well as the wider organisation to deliver a successful system roll out
Analysing common user issues/errors to develop a meaningful curriculum and rectify knowledge gaps
Offering technical support and guidance to Super Users to ensure they can fulfil their responsibilities within the system
Assisting with the installation and testing of system functionality, making sure features work as intended
Regularly testing system updates, releases and any ongoing changes, ensuring end users receive effective training on the impact of these changes
Troubleshooting technical and data issues as raised by the Super Users, acting as the 'go to person', along with the Lead Super User, for support queriesProfile
The Training Consultant- Cornerstone will have the following skills/ qualities:
Experience in an HR or L&D role
Knowledge of at least one module of cornerstone
Great communications skills
Experience in a similar role
