Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Reception/ Administrator on behalf of their client based in Halifax. The successful candidate will work on the reception to greet visitors and will work closely with the sales function to send out necessary samples to customers. In addition, the successful candidate will support with the minute taking and action logging of key senior meetings and will support the HR function with basic administration duties.

My client are an award-winning Manufacturer located in Halifax that operate on a National Basis. Due to growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Reception/ Administrator to join their vibrant team. This will be a varied role within a fast-paced environment so no two days will be the same!

Description

The Reception/ Administrator will be responsible for the following:

Greeting visitors
Booking customer and supplier visitor car parking spaces
Ensuring that calls are answered and transferred accordingly in a timely manner
Ensuring that fabric samples are sent out to customers in a timely manner
Ensuring that meeting rooms are prepared and kept tidy at all times
Taking minutes for key meetings and ensure that they are distributed out to the relevant stakeholders in a timely mannerProfile

The successful Reception/ Administrator will have/ be:

2-3 years experience in similar role
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Reliability and punctual
Good organisational skills
Good computer skills - ability to use MS Office suiteJob Offer
