Key responsibilities in this role will involve:
Proactive involvement in chasing outstanding payments by phone,letter, fax and email.
Handling customer queries and liaising with the Accounts Payable teams.
Negotiating payment terms with customers.
Would frequently send various letters chasing payments.
Responsible for initiating court proceedings.
Allocating cash to accounts when paid

Successful Candidate:
Previous experience within credit control
A competent user of Microsoft Excel.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail..
Organised with a flexible approach, ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
