Accounts Assistant
West Norwood
£25k-£28k, depending on experience
20 days annual leave + bank holidays, free street parking, Christmas Party, yearly pay review, on site restaurant, modern office, and a pension scheme
Monday to Friday 8.30am-16.30pm
Office angels are very proud to be working with a rapidly growing Construction company based in Dulwich. We are excited to be offering a new opportunity to join this business as an Accounts Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting invoices and processing invoices
Invoice Reconciliation - reconcile order numbers and delivery tickets with invoices.
Raising invoices
Assisting with timesheets / payroll
Preparing various reports for directors and commercial department (extracted from accounting software)Person specification:
Minimum 4 years' experience in an accounts assistant position
Proficiency in QuickBooks/ Sage would be desirable
Working knowledge of accounting terminology and procedures, understanding finance processes
Great organisation skills
Time management
