Adecco are excited to be working with HMPO, a customer focused organisation providing passports for British citizens, passport verification services and overseeing the delivery of civil registration in England and Wales.
We are currently recruiting for ]Service Delivery Team Leaders to support the function in Liverpool. The role will be temp to FTC for potentially 22 months. You will need experience in managing teams but this can be from various backgrounds as long as you can motivate and have experience of improving performance, managing targets for quality, efficiency and customer service.
Duration: to start once security clearance is obtained and it will be up to 6 weeks temporary for training and if training is passed up to 22 months as a fixed term employee
Job description
The management and development of an operational team, with the aim processing passport applications, customer complaints and correspondence.
Responsibilities
* Manage performance so as to meet agreed targets
* Oversee the integrity/accuracy of the work of the team
* To ensure that all dealings with customers are handled in a timely, courteous and helpful manner
* General management from manage the attendance and availability , brief staff, complete the induction of new members of staff, manage individual performance levels and address development needs and potential.
Working Pattern:
The role is full time, full, Depending on location, some roles will require working a fixed pattern 4 or 5 days a week, with some Saturday working (approximately 1 in 3)Security Clearance Due to the nature of the work you will require security clearance
Resided in the UK for the last 3 years
Have a *current* British Passport or settlement status due to the sensitive nature of the work
NI Number
2 x proof of addresses (all in UK)
5 years full history with no gaps of more than 1 month
3 years solid reference with no gaps of more than 1 month
