The successful Senior HR Advisor will have 3-5 years experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be required on a full time, and permanent basis.

Our client are a manufacturing organisation, and have been around for more than 60 years and specialise in in 3 specific divisions which are Plastic Sheets, Daylight Systems and Plumbing and Drainage.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, and busy HR Team acting as a true HR generalist where you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance across a range of HR Responsibilities, including performance management, ER, absence management, learning and development, disciplinaries and recruitment.
Description
The successful Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for:
Providing Business Partnering Support to Line Managers
Managing the Recruitment Life Cycle
Leading Change Management and Engagement initiatives
Managing the on boarding and probation review process
Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
Proactively manage absences
Handling disciplinary and grievance issues Profile
The successful Senior HR Advisor will have:
A minimum of 3-5 years experience within a similar role
CIPD Qualified
Experience in a fast paced manufacturing or production environment
Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation
