Home Manager - Care Home located in the Eastbourne area.
The home that looks after older people with dementia and other similar conditions will require a strong Home Manager to drive the business forward and ensure that high quality person centred care is provided meeting the needs of all the individuals in their care.
As the Home Manager you must have a flare for business Management as well as being committed to creating a nurturing environment for your staff and residents.
You will need to establish and maintain good communication with residents, relatives, colleagues and professionals outside the home such as social services, GP Commissioning Groups and the CQC.
A competitive salary is offered up to £36,000 for this Home Managers role.
