As Senior HR Advisor you will undertake all areas of HR Advice, Guidance and Administration ensuring that information is portrayed to the highest standard with excellent attention to detail, whilst contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the HR Department.

Page Personnel have partnered with one of our South Yorkshire based clients, who are a logistics organisation who maintain and operate their own dedicated fleet of over 200 vehicles.
They are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join them on a full time, and permanent basis.
Description
The successful Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for:
Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies
Training hiring managers on candidate interview evaluation techniques
Preparation and submission of new starter letters, offer letters, contracts of employment and starter packs
Provide day to day HR advice & guidance to line managers and staff
Support, participate and contribute to HR Department projects
Provide analysis of employee performance data to managers where required
Provide advice & guidance support to line managers in relation to disciplinary & grievance case work
Provide advice and play a major role in work reviews and change processes
Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations
Use HR information systems to access, input and compile data
Produce monthly HR metrics and contribute to the HR Department monthly report
Provide HR Support desk responses within service level agreement (SLA)Profile
The successful Senior HR Advisor will have:
Proven work experience as an HR advisor, HR consultant or similar role
Ability to advise and work with senior members of staff
Hands-on experience with IT programmes and HR systems
Sound and up to date knowledge of employment legislation
Ability to design and maintain clear and fair company policies
CIPD Level 5
Full UK Driving Licence (travel throughout the UK is an essential part of this role)Please note this position will require travel and occasional overnight stays around the UK (sometimes at very short notice)
