Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful nationwide organisation with the appointment of an interim Recruitment Coordinator to join a very busy team for circa 6-8 months.
This role offers hybrid working and can be based from either Birmingham or Castle Donington.
Description
Working as part of a busy recruitment team, the role of Recruitment Coordinator will support with various duties including:
Advertising roles on job boards and social media
Screening candidates
Arranging a conducting interviews
High-volume candidate compliance such as references, right-to-work check etc
Raising contracts and offer letters
Support with on-boardingProfile
Ideal candidates for this role will be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced administration environment.
Recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential.
Good administration and customer services skills are required with high attention to detail.
