Are you an experience Support Worker in either a residential or community setting looking for a new opportunity? We recruiting for a Support Worker for Semi Independent Unit supporting Young People in Bracknell, Berkshire.
This service supports and assists young adults aged 16-18 with complex needs This service focuses on person-centred care and uses positive behavioural support with lots of activities.
As a Support Worker, you will mentor daily to give young people advice or prompt them to help make better choices. You could be mentoring to assist them with direct work, for example, extra assistance to move their independence planning. Ultimately you will be supporting them to achieve their goals and aspirations - no matter how big or small they are - and to promote independence by learning new skills.
As an employee, you will be entitled to the following benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of £10.00 per hour
Support with Level 3 and Level 5 NVQ Qualification
Company pension
Generous Holiday allowance
Shift patterns are AM 7am until 3pm, PM 3pm until 10pm and Nights 10pm until 7am (flexibility is required if any weekends are required)
