Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy team for a 3 month period.

The role will be 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

The main duties of the role are as below:

Provision of administrative support to the Senior Project Manager, and to the Projects team.
Update of project documentation and records.
Use of management systems for the recording and retention of documents and records.
Provision of management information and performance reports as required.
Attendance and minuting of meetings as required.
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
Help prepare budgets
Act as a point of contact for the projects team and be able to communicate project status
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
