We are currently looking to add an experienced recruitment consultant to the team. Any sector/industry considered.

So what is recruitment and do you have what it takes to succeed? Recruitment is a fast paced industry where no two days are the same! You will be offering your clients a personal, tailor made service whilst being responsible for supporting your candidates with effective CV marketing, interview mentoring and guidance. Recruitment is a sales based, targeted environment where B2B cold calling, business development and client relationships are key to your success. You must be dynamic and have the desire to succeed, enjoy interaction with people and thrive in a team environment.

Day to day duties:

* Working from our in house CRM you will be searching and matching candidates to client jobs

* Establishing contact with potential new clients to understand their recruitment needs

* Interviewing candidates either face to face or via media platforms such as MS Teams & Zoom

* Building/writing CV’s with candidates and market them appropriately

* Developing existing contracts and increasing the value of Proactive Personnel to the client

* Managing the full recruitment cycle from an incoming role through to completion.
