Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm - Flexible home / office working

My client, a professional and well established construction company based in Brentwood, is looking for a Facilities/Helpdesk Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months.
You will be responsible for:
Managing facilities for 12 offices
Raising new jobs that come through via phone and email
Logging new jobs and completing information on internal system
Liaising with contractors, coordinators and landlords
Issuing quotations and filing as appropriate
Checking reports and closing down jobs once confirmed that work has been completed
Attending weekly progress meetings
Updating trackers and filing documents
Managing orders for stationery and office supplies
Updating invoicing reports
