Are you an outstanding E-Commerce Manager looking to join a trendy, ambitious and fun brand?

In this role you will be a key playing in their senior manage team, you will develop, implement, and rapidly upscale a market-leading E-Commerce experience which delivers against engagement, revenue growth, and profit targets. The successful candidate will work effectively cross-functionally, from marketing to supply chain, to develop and continually evolve a successful E-Commerce platform, optimising the customer journey and enabling an excellent customer experience.
This will be a crucial important position, sitting among the Senior Leaders of the company and helping to drive improvement and growth across functions and departments.

Own, develop and deploy our e-commerce strategy
Maintain operation ownership of prioritised initiatives designed to create a winning customer experience
Orchestrate all aspects of a strategic e-commerce plan
Create and oversee paid ad strategy, SEO and PPC strategy
Deliver a superior brand and shopping experience for all customer
Drive a best-in-class eCommerce UX, seamless user experience, sales, operational efficiencies and KPIs
Create upper and lower funnel campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, order size and margin performance across our product lines
Own and manage internet marketing solutions, social media integration, SEO and others
Identify new opportunities in e-commerce beyond our current scopeFor this position They are looking for someone with
Demonstrable experience of Shopify and of leading a successful E-Commerce function
Successful track record in a similar position
Experience in customer experience, product management, marketing, strategic thinking or related.
Proven ability in building and improving operations and cultivating teams to operational excellence
Able to seek, build and cultivate relationships and motivate to maximize engagement and productivity
Have a passion for superior customer service
Demonstrable knowledge of e-commerce tech and tactics, such as PXM, CMS, PIM, DAM, MDM software's as well as sophisticated analytics
Proven leadership and management experience within e-commerce
Strong business acumen and decision making skills
