HR Advisor (ER)
£30,000 - £32,000 *Depending on experience
City of London - Hybrid working
9:00am - 6.00pm
January StartJob Spec:
Reporting directly into the HR Manager and Head of HR
Be the first point of contact for employee's supported by the HR Assistant
Supporting the HR team with all administration duties related to HR functions
Fully managing recruitment starter ad leaver induction process
Raising and processing all documentations, managing internal databases and records
Preparing any HR related documents and minute taking
Preparation of offer letters, contractions, promotions, resignations, reference request, probationary reviews etc.
Supporting performance appraisal processes
Point of contact for all ER related issues
Monitoring absence records for payroll purposes
Working with team to with any HR projects and daily activities as requiredRequirements:
Ideally educated to degree* level or equivalent
HR experience is necessary - Between 1 - 3 years.
Experience with ER (Employee Relations) is necessary
A CIPD qualification is ideal
MUST be ambitious and have a true passion for HR as a career role.
Self-starter, very proactive and forward thinking
Able to work well amongst a small team
Confidence in building relationships and reporting to executive levels within company
