JOB ROLE: Customer Service Supervisor

JOB TYPE: Temporary to Permanent Role

HOURS: 9am-5pm with an hour for lunch

SALARY: £15-17.50phr (£28-32k) Weekly pay take home between £525-£612 per week!

LOCATION: Erith

About your role:

You will be supervising a small team of 1-2 Customer Service Advisors and general support for the office
Responsible for answering customer calls, managing two inbox's and dealing with tracking queries, personally managing escalated queries and complaints
Full training will be given on the bespoke internal system and on company processes in order to help you supervise your team efficientlyAbout you:

You are a proactive individual who is not afraid of taking charge
You are experienced in delivering excellent customer service
You have experience in a team leader role, preferably within the Logistic/Distribution industry
Ideally familiar with salesforce and sage (not essential)
Team player ready to get stuck in and available to start ASAP
