If yes, then this maybe the role for you our prestigious client is looking for an Assistant Communications Manager to join their communications department
Duties of the role will include:
Working collaboratively with the Senior Digital and Communications Manager, and the entire marketing team to develop brand and product communications strategies
Secure regular coverage across digital and social platforms, ensuring a substantial year on year increase to drive increased brand awareness and engagement
Accelerate our clients advocacy strategy to a b2b and b2c audience
Build monthly brand stories monthly and leverage seasonal calendar to secure coverage using internal studies, consumer research and market trends
Work collaboratively with marketing teams on campaign ideation and execution for all NPD launches, spearheading the communications channel
Manage all creative executions and animations - this should include formal proposals to be signed off by IMC senior managers
Identify new rising talents and most brand-relevant creators, analyze their KPIs, & advise on high-impact partnerships
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with print & digital media and creators within the UK, building towards editor and director relationships
Support Sn. Digital Engagement & Comms Manager in developing and strengthen relationships with key clients & pro ambassadors to secure top partnerships for strong press coverage
Manage day-to-day press inquiries, proactively pitch press stories where needed
Become an expert in social platform engagement and understanding
Support Senior Comms Manager with all integration of new platform and share insights with the wider IMC team
Be the person on the team as the go-to for all influencer animations on new and existing social platforms
Lead concepting and production of offline events, leveraging key client partnerships to drive the professional difference
Ideate, propose and execute brand partnerships through physical eventing or digitally-led activities (both within beauty and wider opportunities relevant to brand tribes)
Lead creation of all press materials including press releases, data and insights reports, reactive sell-ins based on industry and popular culture moments
Become an expert on performance measurement tools, uncovering insights via analytics
Leverage reports to adapt and proactively orient brand plans on short, mid & long-term activities
Successful candidate will be required to have:
Passion for beauty and a natural interest, knowledge and experience of working with influencer communities and social engagement
Previous experience working in Beauty PR or digital engagement with existing influencer, agent and press contacts
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong creativity, written and verbal skills with an eye for detail
Experience of content production, apps, working with agencies to deliver ideas & production
Excellent digital media landscape knowledge
Strong time management and organisational skills
Able to work under pressure in a past paced, dynamic environment
Team player, collaborative spirit, solution-oriented mindset
This is a short term hybrid working assignment available for up to one year, working 3 days per week on site based in Hammersmith, London with the 2 remaining days working remotely.
9am until 5.30pm, pay an annual salary of £35k - £40k dependant on experience
