Search Business Support are delighted to supporting the growth of a key client as they looking to expand their Glasgow based shared service centre.

Joining a global business, focused on the engineering sector the Service Delivery Administrator will take on a fast-paced, client led role.

We are keen to speak with candidates who have meticulous organisation skills and the ability to adapt and multi-task whilst working to deadlines to deliver the highest standards.

You will be co-ordinating contractors on site and also supporting the wider team by resolving complex queries and adding critical information onto the database system. You will also be responsible for managing the diaries of engineers and surveyors working on site, setting up jobs and processing jobs through to the invoice stage.

This opportunity would suit someone with an administration/coordination background who has excellent administration skills and customer facing experience.

Job overview:

Liaising with clients primarily via email to assist with requests
Preparing and issuing quotes whilst ensuring contractual obligations are met in line with company policies
Liaising with clients/colleagues in relation to investigation and resolution of invoice queries
Responsible for the management of projects ensuring that costs are monitored and invoices issued in a timely manner
Assisting with the control of debt by liaising with clients who have overdue invoices on account
Working alongside the Shared Service Centre team to ensure tasks are actioned within the agreed time scales
Collaborating with colleagues to share ideas and continuously improve company processes
