Page Personnel are recruiting for a very well known business in their industry. The role is based in Skipton and it would be to join their expanding credit team. As Customer Support Advisor you will help individuals with their debt problems and provide them guidance on what they can do next. The Customer Support Advisor can help set up payment plans for the customer or provide the next steps if escalated further.

My client as a company are very well known within the Finance industry and they really value their customers and pride themselves on providing exceptional service to them. This is especially important when their customers are experiencing difficulties in paying their mortgage and it is essential to them to be very sensitive after the recent pandemic and strains customers have come under. They are looking for individuals to join the Credit Management team to support them with this.

Description

As Customer Support Advisor your responsibilities and duties will include but not be limited to handling both inbound and outbound calls, carrying out administration work, listening carefully to their circumstances and working together to identify a solution, as part of the team you will be focusing on your individual development as you build your skills, knowledge and experience.

Profile

The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and to help people, they will be motivated and customer focused to enable they can join the companies fast paced credit management team, highly organised and able to achieve the right outcomes for their customers especially during this exceptional time, great communication skills and have a flair for building great relationships.
