An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join a successful and pioneering multinational organisation based in Chesterfield.

What are we looking for?

Previous customer service and administration experience is essential, and you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will be determined, organised and will always put the customer at the heart of everything you do.

This role requires strong IT Literacy and excellent numeracy skills, and you will take pride in ensuring you have an eye for detail and that your work is accurate.

Experience in Export Administration would be advantageous, however training will be provided.

Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

You will maintain contact with your assigned customers, respond to emails and direct phone calls and keep customers up to date with progress on their orders
Chase for progress dates via the Customer Service Administrator for all outsourced parts not coming from in house production
Liaise with freight agents, raise invoices and packing lists and follow up with tracking and collection details once collected
Keep all the centralised records updated for complete visibility of order status and to allow colleagues to pick up work in your absence
Provide paperwork such as Certificates of Conformity, Certificates of Origin, EUR1 forms and in house or Chamber of Commerce or Embassy documents when required. Training will be provided.
Run order credits when authorised and ensure parts are returned to stock
You will also help attend to the office phones fielding queries and passing them on to the correct departmentsThis is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:45pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm

Once training is complete, hybrid working will be consider with a mix of office and home based working
