Our Client is looking to recruit several Customer Service Representative to come join a Friendly team in a well-established Company. We are wanting motivated driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:
* Taking calls from customers using the internal system
* Answering customer service calls
* Booking / extending and cancelling reservations for customers
* Checking stock available for stores
* Answering product queries
* Discussing after sales and returns process
* Manage and resolve customer complaints
* Follow up customer calls where necessary
* Document all call information according to standard operating procedure
* Have an excellent telephone manner
* Clear verbal communication
* Work towards company deadlines and targets
* Communicating effectively within your team
All Training Provided
Shifts and Salary:
£8.91 Per Hour – Weekly pay
5 out of 7 Days Monday – Sunday / Between 7:00am – 10:00pm (Between 5 and 11 Hour shifts)
Minimum of 30 / 40 Hours per week
40 minutes lunch break and two 10 minute brakes / Unpaid
