Role: Customer Support Advisor
Location: Coventry, CV7
Salary: £19266
Benefits: 27 days Holiday + 8 days Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme, Free Parking, Flexible working 2 days in the office 3 days from home
Hours: 08:30-17:00 Monday to Thursday 08:30-16:00 Fridays
Duration: Permanent
Do you offer first class Customer Service? Do you have a keen eye for detail? Then this role might be for you, working as a Customer Support Advisor you act as the first point of any queries coming into the business, providing first class customer service.
The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
First point of contact for all calls and emails
Manage any queries and respond within a timely manner
Add orders onto the system
Build relationships with new and existing clients
Process all refund requests
Liaise with internal departments to quickly resolve customer disputesKey Skills and Experience for the Customer Service Administrator:
Strong communicator with excellent telephone manner
Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Packages
Passion for Customer Service
Be extremely product & service driven
Team player
