Do you have administration experience with an interest or experience in Desktop Publishing such as Photoshop or InDesign? We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join an architectural consultancy firm in Hereford town centre on a permanent basis!!
Salary approx. £22k per annum plus 33 days annual leave, free parking, pension, private healthcare and more!! You will be working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (8.30-5 or 9-5.30 whichever suits you best), and the opportunity to work from home on occasion!
As Administrator you will be working in a small team of 9 in total in the office, alongside one other administrator supporting the town planners and architects in setting up and monitoring projects on their CRM system, preparing and sending invoices, drafting letters, organising meetings and collating project data.
In addition there is a requirement for you to create, edit and format visual documents so you will have an eye for design, an interest in creating quality content and great attention to detail.
We are keen to hear from applicants with previous administration experience with strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Expertise in desktop publishing packages, such as InDesign or Photoshop is highly desirable with excellent written English and problem-solving abilities.
