Role: Service Coordinator
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:45pm | 37.5 hour per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Sheffield | On site parking
Salary: £20,000pa + 33 days holiday, progression opportunities & free parking
Duties -
Answering and handling calls within the service department
Liaising with customers, logging breakdowns and dealing with queries
Liaising and support Service Engineers
Scheduling workloads for Service Engineers
Assist with planning and organising routine service tests
Planning and arranging parts for service visits
Identifying required parts for service visitsExperience:
Strong customer service & administration skills are required
Previous experience working in a Service department would be an advantage
