About The Role
The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide comprehensive and flexible administrative and secretarial support to Heads of / Directors within the Quality function.
Ensuring the smooth running of diaries, schedule of work, and providing wider departmental administrative support, the PA will take responsibility and ownership of office organisation, project management, deadline compliance, and important documents and files.
About You
Ideally holding a PA qualification, you have a successful track record at a senior PA level. You have excellent IT skills, are well planned, organised and able to meet continuous deadlines in a fast-paced environment and when under pressure.
Working autonomously, with experience of managing diary activity, you have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with practical experience of gathering, analysing, collating complex and confidential information (i.e. board papers).
You have excellent interpersonal communication and team working skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Assertive, resourceful, flexible with an adaptable attitude, you use your own initiative, are proactive and are able to work independently.
