Our Client is looking to recruit several Customer Service Representative to come join a Friendly team in a well-established Company. We are wanting motivated driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:
* Taking calls from customers using the internal system
* Answering customer service calls inbound and outbound
* Working with live chat, email and telephones
* Answering queries, filing and data input
* Manage and resolve customer complaints
* Follow up customer calls where necessary
* Have an excellent telephone manner
* Clear verbal communication
* Work towards company deadlines and targets
* Communicating effectively within your team
All Training Provided. Experience desired but not essential
Shifts and Salary:
Temp to perm opportunity
£9.11 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day between 8am and 6pm.
