JOB TITLE: Works Administrator/Coordinator

LOCATION: Honiton

SALARY: £23,000 plus bonus

BENEFITS: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays ,Up to 10% Bonus, 6% Contributory Pension from Company

HOURS: 8.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday

THE ROLE: The key focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the On Demand Department, developing and providing information to the On Boarding case handlers. You will be building relationships with all our internal and external parties, coordinating with our contractors and Construction team ensuring we are meeting daily completion rates.

Key duties will include:

Identify foreseeable project risks and initiate appropriate mitigation measures, keeping Construction team informed at all times
Taking ownership of non-fluid task from our Surveyors.
Liaise with subcontractors and multiple departments.
Provide constructive feedback and support the team members on day-to-day duties
Process all updates and report in a timely manner.
Provide telephone and system support as and when required
Working on various computer systems - multi tasking
Promoting improvements on safety in line with the objectives set by the Safety Manager
Providing general administrative support to the team as required
Assisting field based operatives with desked based knowledge to improve build quality.
Manage defect reworks on a daily basis.
Coordinating start to finish On Demand build activities.
Carry out re-calling and customer appointment confirmations
Raising, modifying and validating permits with local authorities
Produce noticing status reports; manage defect reworks on a weekly basis to managementWe would love to hear from candidates who have:

2+ years of administration experience preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) skills
Confident and proficient with technology
Previous knowledge of construction industry would be an asset
GCSE Math's & English passes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent people skills and telephone manner
A team player
Reactive thinking - day to day activity changes regularly
Detail oriented and analytical
