SALARY: £24,000 - £28,000* DOE + Company Benefits

Our client is seeking a Receptionist/Team PA to join their ambitious and hardworking team! Stunning offices, professional and hard working. Well established and recognised insurance brokers. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
Providing exemplary Front Office support in the London Office
Answering the telephone and transferring calls in a professional manner
Preparing and administering stationary orders for the London team
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post & emails
Assisting the Operations Supervisor with ongoing projects
General office duties such as booking meeting rooms, welcoming clients to the office, ensuring the reception area and communal areas in the office are maintained to a high standard
Prepare desk space for new starters
Assist with maintain covid procedures
Organise and maintain company car duties and policies
Scanning, photocopying, binding and franking
Organise contractors when required
Project work on an ad hoc basisSKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
1-2 years ideally working in a professional environment, ideally with some reception, admin and customer service experience
Must be very well presented and strong customer service/communication skills
Strong education levels
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel and Outlook) or similar software applications.
Organised, proactive, and able to use initiative
Experience working in a busy and fast paced environment
People person skills
Reliable, trustworthy
