Client Details
A Private Bank in Mayfair are now looking for a Team PA.
Team PA responsibilities will include supporting al team of Bankers
Diary management including important reminders and organising and scheduling internal and external meetings
Preparing meeting agendas for regular meetings, on occasion to take notes during those meetings
Log monthly expense claims and process invoices
Book business travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodation where applicable
Arrange team off-sites and workshops to book external venues where appropriate
Assisting with participants attending workshops, ensuring the venues and times have been clearly communicated
Internal and external meeting arrangements - organising and scheduling, arranging conference/video calls, beverages and dining where necessary
Using and updating Microsoft Teams to collaborate & share notes from meetings
Being main point of contact, acting as the glue for an independent working team
Proactive and forward thinking
