Job Title: - Depot Administrator (Permanent Position)

Salary/Hours: £22000 - £23,000 Salaried - 4 on 4 off across a 7 day week hours to be available are between 06:00-21:00 - Parking on site, Holidays, Pension

Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire

RESPONSIBILITIES

To open daily internal and external post making sure all paperwork is allocated to correct department.
Ensure the accurate completion of information onto the FuseMetric system.
Checking rental documents have been completed accurately and all signatures have been obtained.
Answer the telephone and assist in all enquiries.
Accurate pricing of hire agreements
Processing of all vehicle penalty charges
Off hiring vehicles for all depots
Fuel Management
V5 document management
Taxing vehicles
Uploading and processing client ID's
Downloading ID's from driver devices
Recharging administration fees Interviews will be taking place 2nd of December
