Role: Care Home Administrator
Location: Dudley
Contract Type: Temporary, 4 weeks +
Start date: Immediately
Hourly Rate: £9.50 per hour
As a front of house Care Home Administrator, you will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail with prior experience in a similar, fast paced role. You will be a positive, team player who strives to go above and beyond.
Overview of responsibilities:
Answering telephone phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner
Transferring calls to relevant departments
Taking and distributing messages
General administration - Email communication, letters
Data entry
Preparing reports
Processing various documentsTo be considered for this opportunity, you will:
Have previous administration experience
Be competent with using Microsoft Office & Excel
Have a clear valid enhanced DBS check Key perks: Free car parking on site.
